A little girl, dressed in her Sunday best, was running
as fast as she could, trying not to be late for Bible class.
As she ran she prayed,
"Dear Lord, please don't let me be late! Dear Lord, please don't let me be late!"
As she was running and praying, she tripped on a curb
and fell, getting her clothes dirty and tearing her dress.
She got up, brushed herself off, and started running again.
As she ran she once again began to pray,
"Dear Lord, please don't let me be late!...But don't shove me either."
Senyuman adalah sesuatu yang membuat wajah tampak ceria dan cerah.... tapi kalo lagi seneng kalo lagi bete gimana...???!!???sahabat belajar untuk tersenyum dalam keadaan hati yang sedang kurang beres... susahnya setengah mati....
kita tidak bisa mengandalkan kekuatan sendiri dalam menghadapi masalah.... tapi kita harus mengandalkan Tuhan Yesus...
Hari2 ni aku belajar untuk tersenyum walau banyak masalah dalam kehidupan...
( pasti lah setiap orang punya masalah ) tetapi bukan besar atau kecilnya masalah itu tapi respon hati kita....
ketika kita punya masalah kita harus meletakkan pengharapan yang utama sama Tuhan Yesus,
karena Tuhan Yesus jauuuuh lebih berkuasa dan sanggup mengatasi dan memberi jalan keluar dari
masalah kita.....
aku dulu sering mengandalkan diri sendiri apalagi kalo lagi banyak masalah tambah membuat kita jauh dari Tuhan....
tapi aku sekarang belajar dan belajar untuk melihat bukan pada masalahnya tapi pada Tuhan Yesus yang sanggup
memberi jalan keluar di setiap masalah... dan aku sekarang tidak akan menjadikan masalah sebagai penghalang aku datang sama Tuhan, tetapi malah membuat aku tidak pengen jauh dari Tuhan Yesus...
aku jadi inget cerita ini nih.... ^^
di Matius pasal 8 : 23-27
8:23 Lalu Yesus naik ke dalam perahu dan murid-murid-Nya pun mengikuti-Nya.
8:24 Sekonyong-konyong mengamuklah angin ribut di danau itu, sehingga perahu itu ditimbus gelombang, tetapi Yesus tidur.
8:25 Maka datanglah murid-murid-Nya membangunkan Dia, katanya: "Tuhan, tolonglah, kita binasa."
8:26 Ia berkata kepada mereka: "Mengapa kamu takut, kamu yang kurang percaya?" Lalu bangunlah Yesus menghardik angin dan danau itu, maka danau itu menjadi teduh sekali.
8:27 Dan heranlah orang-orang itu, katanya: "Orang apakah Dia ini, sehingga angin dan danau pun taat kepada-Nya?"
cerita itu menggambarkan kehidupan kita.... ketika badai datang dalam hidup janganlah tawar hati... tapi ingat Tuhan Yesus ada bersama dengan kita dan jadikan Tuhan sebagai nahkoda dalam kehidupan kita... tetap percaya setiap masalah Tuhan izinkan terjadi agar kita semakin dekat dengannya dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa di dalam Kristus...
jadi tetaplah tersenyum.... dan mengampuni .... oc
Tuhan Yesus mengasihi kamu dan menerima kamu apa adanya.....

MY first article.... by Soo ^^
Be patient dear child...
hi ^_^ nice to share with u ....
today 21st of November... in the morning 6.30 am i pray to God... confess and praise Him...
in one moment i really close to the God, His present is so real...
the Lovely Father that i have.... n of course His our Father's too...
i really like to praise Him with some song from Franky S..- biarkanku menyembah ...
really nice song.. after i'm prayed, HE told me " dear child you must be patient today "
i just smile, and tell to my heart that " whatever will be happen for today, just see it"...
i say to HIM " Jesus i will do as You wish "
today i have an examination for mid semester.... it started at 10 am and i went to campus in hurry on 9.50 am ( so lazy... ^^) and i must walk in hurry ...
i arrived there in 10.05 am, very tired ....
but praise Lord i arrived there safely =) and the examination have begin...
i'm finished it in quickly because the air conditioner in the room veeeeryyy cold....
i walk home and i'm feel hungry i buy some food near the street...
i imagine that i eat fried chicken ... Yummy ^^ after i arrived in my " kost "
i chat with friend with IM and in very tired, some person xxx ask me to send xxx meterial of some subject for examination tommorow.... i very tired ... but i remember that i have said to God " Jesus, i will do " i will be patient today.... ( it's okey i think )
when i want to eat my lunch " fried chicken " yummy ^^ i said ... but when i open it ....
i just see 2 item, both of them are rice " WHAT !! it just rice ??!!!???" ( the seller have made some mistake to me ) hixss.. before i being angry i remember what Jesus have told me this morning "be patient " HUH.... " okey, i will do as Your wish Father "
so i must buy some food again =( hixss....
but i learn today to be observant to the God...
thanks God for today...
i learn much today and i will do as You wish because i really love You....
i learn to be patient today ^^
